Refund policy

Remix Ai is a digital product. The download is delivered right after payment, so this policy works differently from a store that ships physical items.

Digital downloads

A downloaded file can't be returned, so all sales are final once the file has been delivered, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Download and file issues

If you didn't receive your download link, you were charged twice, or the file won't run on a supported MetaTrader 5 installation, email us within 7 days of purchase. We'll work with you to fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund the order.

Exceptions / non-refundable situations

• Account results, including losses.
• Changing your mind after the file has been downloaded.
• Problems caused by your broker, your VPS, your internet connection or an unsupported MetaTrader version.
• Breaking the license terms, for example by sharing or reselling the file.

European Union and UK customers

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery of the download has started, because by completing your purchase you ask us to deliver it immediately. If you haven't downloaded the file yet, you can still cancel within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@theremix-ai.com.

Disputes

Any dispute about a purchase or a refund is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved through binding individual arbitration, as described in our Terms of Service.
