Overview

This website is operated by Remix Ai. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Remix Ai. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or buy the product.

1. What you're buying

Remix Ai sells a downloadable software file: an Expert Advisor (.ex5) for MetaTrader 5, together with its installation and setup documentation. When you buy, you receive a license to use the software. You don't buy the software itself or any rights to its code.

2. License

The license is personal and can't be transferred. You may install and use the software on MetaTrader 5 accounts that you own or control. You may not resell, share, publish, rent, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the software or its documentation, or use it to provide a service to other people.

3. Financial disclaimer

Remix Ai is a software company. We are not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer or fund manager, and we are not registered as any of these with any regulator.

  • We don't give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, general or personalized.
  • We don't manage, access or operate customer trading accounts.
  • We don't hold customer deposits or place orders on anyone's behalf.
  • We don't offer copy trading, account management or mirror services.
  • We don't sell or send trading signals, trade alerts or recommendations.

The software, documentation and all content on this site are provided for informational and educational purposes. Every decision about whether to use the software, which account to use it on and which settings to choose is yours alone. See our financial disclaimer for more detail.

4. Risk of loss

Using automated software in financial markets carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose all the money in your account. We make no promise about any result. Backtests, simulated results and past results don't predict future results. Please read the risk disclosure before you buy.

5. Delivery

The product is delivered digitally. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once at checkout. There is no subscription. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already paid for.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

8. Third-party platforms

The software runs inside MetaTrader 5, which is made by MetaQuotes, and it depends on your broker, your internet connection and, if you use one, your VPS provider. We are not affiliated with MetaQuotes or with any broker or VPS provider, and we aren't responsible for their platforms, pricing, execution, outages or policies.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or the software for any unlawful purpose, to break the license terms above, to interfere with the security of the site, or to misrepresent your identity when buying.

10. Intellectual property

The software, documentation, site design, text, graphics and brand name are owned by Remix Ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any of them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The software and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranty that the software will meet your expectations, run without interruption or errors, or produce any particular result on your account.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Remix Ai and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any trading losses, lost gains, lost data or indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using or not being able to use the software or the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold Remix Ai harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from your use of the software, your trading decisions or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any purchase or use of the Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute resolution and binding arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@theremix-ai.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

Binding arbitration. If the dispute isn't resolved within 30 days, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the software, the site or any purchase, including questions about the scope or enforceability of this section, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, and not in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, and will take place in the State of Florida or, if you prefer, by video conference or written submissions. The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

Individual claims only. You and Remix Ai agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.

Jury trial waiver. By agreeing to these terms, you and Remix Ai each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action.

Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

Severability. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of it remains in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section will not apply to that claim. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
